A valid registration or ticket grants admission to the event for the named attendee. Tickets may not be duplicated or fraudulently transferred.
Ticket transfers may be permitted with prior approval from Becoming The Better You, LLC. Please contact us before the event if you need to transfer your registration.
All ticket sales are final.
Refunds are only issued in the event of a verified duplicate payment for the same ticket purchase. Complete details are available in our Refund Policy.

We ask every attendee to treat speakers, volunteers, staff, venue employees, sponsors, and fellow attendees with dignity and respect. Harassment, threatening behavior, discrimination, or actions that disrupt the experience of others may result in removal from the event without refund.
Portions of the event may be photographed, filmed, livestreamed, or recorded for promotional, educational, and documentary purposes. By attending the event, you acknowledge that your likeness may appear in photographs or video captured in public event areas.
Attendees are responsible for their own travel, lodging, transportation, meals, and personal belongings. Participation in the event is voluntary, and attendees assume responsibility for their own decisions and actions during the event.
You agree not to misuse this website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use the website for unlawful purposes.
