Refund Policy

All ticket sales for From Felon To Fabulous Live are final and nonrefundable. This policy applies to all purchases made through Becoming The Better You, LLC and its authorized registration platforms.

All Sales Are Final

Tickets are nonrefundable after purchase. Refunds will not be issued because of scheduling conflicts, travel complications, illness, failure to attend, changes in personal circumstances, or dissatisfaction with any portion of the event.

Purchasing a ticket confirms that you understand and accept this no-refund policy.

Duplicate Charges

A refund may be issued only when a purchaser's payment card has been accidentally charged more than once for the same ticket purchase.

Duplicate-charge requests must be reviewed and verified before a refund is processed. Approved refunds will apply only to the confirmed duplicate charge. The original valid ticket purchase will remain active.

Refunds for verified duplicate charges will be returned to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and financial institution.

Ticket Transfers

If you are unable to attend, you may request to transfer your ticket to another person. Transfer requests must include the original purchaser's name, the new attendee's name, and the email address associated with the purchase.

Ticket transfers are subject to approval and do not create a right to a refund.

Event Schedule and Speaker Changes

Event schedules, speakers, sessions, activities, venues, and programming may change. These changes do not constitute cancellation of the event and do not qualify a ticket purchaser for a refund.

Failure to Attend

Failure to attend the event does not qualify the purchaser for a refund, credit, or reimbursement. Unused tickets have no cash value after the event begins.

Promotional and Complimentary Tickets

Complimentary tickets, giveaway tickets, promotional admissions, and tickets issued without payment have no cash value and are not eligible for refunds or credits.

Event Cancellation or Rescheduling

If the event is canceled or rescheduled, Becoming The Better You, LLC will communicate directly with registered ticket holders regarding the options available at that time.

Travel, lodging, meals, transportation, and other personal expenses are separate from the ticket purchase and are not reimbursable by Becoming The Better You, LLC.
